Fantastic location and spacious room made our stay enjoyable despite noisy traffic.

I liked the hotel, it met needs. Breakfast was free of charge, great views, perfect location next to many major music venues, and the Ryman Auditorium, and other places of interest. Had a dining area and a hair dryer in my king studio. Got comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. Staff was super incredibly helpful. The service was exceptional, I had 3 good nights here.

an emotional rollercoaster with great location and friendly service, but tragic reservation mishap ruined our getaway
great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep. the room’s balcony door wasn’t sealed properly, allowing traffic noise to seep in all night. The air conditioning unit made loud banging noises, disrupting our peace. The bathroom water pressure was low, and the faucet for the tub was broken, which added to the inconvenience. Despite having the potential for a great stay, some aspects like cracked tub surfaces and peeling paint in the bathroom called for attention. The overall atmosphere tried hard, but multiple maintenance issues hindered full enjoyment of the experience.

The hotel was brilliant and clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was phenomenal near many of what we consider to be the best restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was beautiful, cheerful, and everything was spotless. We had a fabulous time.

We had a terrible experience with the valet service. They lost our car keys right before we left, and despite leaving our number, we heard nothing. It was frustrating to pay $40 for valet when our car was so close.

Great location and breakfast, but front desk service needs improvement.

perfect location, 3 minutes walk from the centre of the music city and nhl stadium. comfortable beds. clean rooms. large bathroom. rich and good breakfast.
communication at the reception (very unfriendly and incompetent). no safe available in the room. no free water, is actually always available in the hilton hotels. rather noisy location, as the hotel is located on two main axes and windows are badly made (but for that you can get orapax). );

everything was fine! clean, everything you need for one night available -> comfortable beds, internet, sufficient breakfast offer... location ideal as many things are possible within walking distance.
high parking fee! at the moment a lot of building activity around the house.

Our room at the Hampton Inn was comfortable overall. there were some areas that could be improved. The ironing facilities were handy, but the air conditioning unit made loud banging noises throughout the night, which was quite annoying. The bathroom had no hand soap when we arrived, and there weren't enough towels for the number of guests specified. I had to call the front desk for hand soap and an extra towel, but they never brought them up, so I had to go down to the lobby to get them. the hotel's location was convenient for walking to Bridgestone Arena and other attractions. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process using the app. One major issue was the valet parking situation. The valet area was chaotic and tight, making it difficult to drop off and pick up our car. The $45 per night valet fee was quite steep, and the staff insisted that public parking wasn't safe. when it was time to check out and retrieve our vehicle, the valet staff were nowhere to be found, leaving us to search for our own cars in the garage. This lack of organization and communication regarding the valet service was frustrating.

obviously the rooms have been renovated not too long ago, mine was very ok anyway. location is very central if you want to enjoy the highlights of the country metropolis (broadway, country museum etc. breakfast is ok and at hotels of this category it is taken with disposable tableware.
parking is expensive.

Great location 📍, breakfast had decent options like bagels and turkey sausage, and most of the staff were lovely!
